p27、p21、PTEN与BRCA1在卵巢癌中的表达

目的探讨p27、p21、PTEN和BRCA1在卵巢癌发生发展中的表达。方法应用免疫组织化学方法及半定量分析方法，检测53例卵巢癌、10例正常卵巢组织中的p27、p21、PTEN和BRCA1表达，分析它们与年龄、组织类型、病理学分级及淋巴转移的相关性，并分析它们在卵巢癌中的相互关系。结果p27、p21、PTEN和BRCA1在正常卵巢组织中高表达，在卵巢癌中表达降低（P〈0．05），且随着肿瘤病理学分级增高及发生淋巴转移时，阳性表达率逐渐下降，四种蛋白在肿瘤中，尤其是浆液性囊腺癌中的表达呈正相关（P〈0．01）。结论p27、p21、PTEN和BRCA1表达下降可能在卵巢癌的发生发展中起重要作用，联合检测p27、p21、PTEN和BRCA1在卵巢癌中的表达可预测肿瘤生物学行为特征，并作为判断预后的指标。

Expression of p27, p21, PTEN and BRCA1 in Ovarian Cancer

Objective To investigate the expression of p27, p21, PTEN and BRCA1 in the occurrence and development of ovarian cancer. Methods p27, p21, FTEN and BRCA1 protein expressions in 53 cases with ovarian cancer and 10 cases with normal ovary were examined by immunohistochemical staining and semi-quantitative technique. The ages, histological type, pathological grade and metastasis behavior in ovarian cancer were also analyzed. Results The expression of p27, p21, PTEN and BRCA1 protein decreased in ovarian cancer tissue （P〈0. 05）. There was an negatvie relationship between the expression level of p27,p21, PTEN, BRCA1 and the pathological grade. On the other hand, the expression of p27, p21, PTEN and BRCA1 were enhanced in ovarian cancer tissue hence an positive correlation among the four expressions（P〈0. 01 ）, particularly in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma Conclusion The low expression of p27, p21, PTEN and BRCA1 may promote the development of ovarian cancer. The combined detection of p27, p21, PTEN and BRCA1 protein expressions may be a valuable marker for predicting biological behavior characteristics of tumor and the prognosis of the patients with ovarian carcinoma.
