| 摘 要： | 目的探讨泪小管断裂吻合手术的手术方法.方法总结28例泪小管断裂吻合术的手术和寻找泪小管鼻侧断端的方法,提出支撑管的选择及留置时间.结果泪小管断裂吻合成功率100%.结论按照正确的途径与方法寻找泪小管鼻侧断端是手术成功的关键,选择泪小管支撑物及留置时间是影响手术成功的重要因素.

| Abstract: | Aim To investigate the clinical understanding of 28 cases of coincident operations on breaking teartube ,to analyze the opt for operative method and the opt for supported pipe.Methods By performing 28 cases of coincident operations on breaking teartube,the way of seeking for the breaking-point at the noseside of teartube was summarized,the opt for supported pipe and its detained time was put forward.Results The success rate was 100%.Conclusions The key to successful operation is to look for the breaking-point at the noseside of teartube according to accurate ways.The important fact to influent the operation to success is to opt the supported object and the time to leave aside . |
