体外反搏的即时血流动力学效应:与主动脉球囊反搏装置的比较

摘    要:同主动脉内球囊反搏的即时血流动力学相似,体外反搏尤其是增强型体外反搏的应用可以使主动脉舒张压升高、多数患者收缩压下降,左心室后负荷降低、心输出量增加,冠状动脉血流增加,改善外周循环血流,提高切应力。但体外反搏会使静脉回心血量增多。与主动脉内球囊反搏相比,体外反搏无创、使用方便、并发症少,在临床显示出一定优势。

Abstract:Enhanced external counterpulsation (EECP) is a noninvasive method of assisted circulation,which has a similar immediate hemodynamic effects to intraaortic balloon pumping ( IABP). EECP can enhance diastolic augmentation and systolic unloading, decrease the ~ ,:ffterload of left ventricle,increase cardiac output and coronary artery flow, improve peripheral circulation, and increase shear stress. In addi- tion,EECP can increase venous return. EECP can be implemented conveniently and immediately,and is noninvasive without risk of bleeding or infection,and therefore has great advantage compared with IABP.
