肿瘤细胞药敏测试在膀胱肿瘤术后腔内化疗药物选择中的应用

膀胱肿瘤对化疗药物敏感性的个体差异，是制约化疗效果的一个重要因素。建立一种有效的肿瘤药敏试验，为选择临床化疗用药提供了依据。本文选用６种常用的膀胱肿瘤化疗药物对１７例病人进行体外药敏测试并指导临床用药，结果提示；１．不同个体对不同化疗药物敏感性存在显著差异。２．以药敏测试为依据进行术后化疗可显著降低膀胱肿瘤的复发率。

Appling of chemosensitivity experience in postoperative intra-bladder chemotherapy

The obvious differences of chemical durg sensitivity of individual tumor is a more important factor to decrease the chemotlierapeutic result. It is nessisary to build a effective neoplastic chemosensitivity experience to provide evidence for clinical chemotherapy. In this article we selected sik kinels of chemotheropeutic drugs for bladder carner to process chemosensitivity in vitro for seventeen cases of bbladder tumor and directed clinical treatment. The result shows: 1. The sensitivity of the tumor cells to those chemical drugs present significantly difference in patients.2. According to drug sensitivity, the postoperative chemotherapy can prevent the recurrence of the blader tumor. The study shows drug sensitivity test can bring us a great help in chemical drug selection.
