| 摘 要： | 《食品安全法》颁布以后，为了解北京市食品安全监管执法状况及王要问题，该研究采取了分层抽样的方法，对北京市主要城区餐饮监管执法人员实施问卷调查和统计分析，揭示和分析当前北京市食品安全监管中的主要问题及成因，并提供相应的对策思路。

| Abstract: | To investigate law enforcement status and problems of food safety supervision in Beijing after 《Food Safety Law》is promulgated.This study takes step sampling methods,to make the questionnaire surveys and statistical analysis among the law enforcement officials whom work in main districts in Beijing.This article reveals and analyse main problems and factors of food safety supervision in Beijing that to provides relevant countermeasures. |
