| 摘 要： | 踝部骨折是临床中常见多发损伤,踝部关节结构复杂,易受伤,在较重的损伤类型中以踝部骨折并距骨外侧脱位多见。自2004年1月至2009年5月对该类型损伤采用改良手法整复固定治疗,取得了较满意的治疗效果。
