| 摘 要： | 当前，附属医院教学档案管理存在诸多问题，文章提出通过强化教学档案管理意识，注重教学工作的痕迹管理；建立健全临床教学档案管理制度；树立档案工作服务新理念；加快教学档案现代化管理进程，实现教学档案信息资源共享和加强院校联系沟通等方面改进临床教学档案的管理。
