SCL-90量表对癫痫患者心理健康状况测试分析

目的了解癫痫患者的心理健康状况,提高其生活质量。方法对我科35例确诊为癫痫的患者采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)进行心理症状测定,并与正常人SCL-90常模进行对照。结果癫痫患者躯体化、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、精神病性等因子得分均显著高于常模(P<0.05或<0.01);SCL-90总分、总均分、阳性项目数以及阳性项目的平均得分与常模比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或<0.01)。结论癫痫患者的心理问题不容忽视,在进行药物治疗的同时,实施全方位的心理关照,采用心理干预方法有针对性的进行心理干预治疗能促进癫痫患者心理康复,提高其生活质量。

Analysis of SCL-90 for mental health test on patients with epilepsy
