2-取代-1-正丁基-5-苯基-3-吡唑烷酮类化合物抗惊厥作用的研究

摘    要:研究了5个2取代1正丁基5苯基3吡唑烷酮类化合物的抗惊厥作用.药理实验结果表明,5个化合物均有较好的抗惊厥活性,其中2肉桂酰基1正丁基5苯基3吡唑烷酮的抗惊厥作用最强,最大电惊厥半数有效剂量为10.7mg/kg.

Abstract:The anticonvulsant activity of five 2 substituted 1 n butyl 5 phenyl 3 pyrazolidinones was studied.The pharmacological experiment showed that they were all potent in activity. Among them 2 cinnamyl 1 n butyl 5 phenyl 3 pyrazolidinones was shown to be the most potent, and its maximal electroshock seizure ED 50 is 10.7mg/kg.
