襄樊市大肠埃希菌的感染现状及耐药性分析

摘    要:目的 探讨襄樊市大肠埃希菌(ECO)的感染现状及耐药性,为临床医师合理使用抗菌药物提供治疗依据.方法 回顾性调查医院379份大肠埃希菌医院感染病历的临床资料;细菌鉴定采用法国生物梅里埃公司生产的VITEK 32全自动细菌分析系统和GNI板条进行;药物敏感试验采用K-B法,结果判读依据美国临床实验室标准化研究所(CLSI)2007年标准,数据处理采用WHONET5.3-5.4统计分析.结果 大肠埃希菌产超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBLs)率为40.1%,药敏结果显示,ECO对常用抗菌药物产生了不同的耐药性,其中,对氨苄西林耐药率最高,达92.9%,对亚胺培南和美罗培南敏感率最高,为100.0%.结论 襄樊市大肠埃希菌的耐药问题已非常严重,各级医院应重视耐药菌的监测工作,预防医院感染暴发流行.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate infection status and drug-resistance in Escherichia coli(ECO)in Xiangfan to provide the clinical evidence for reasonable use of antibiotics.METHODS The clinical data of 379 nosocomial to identify the strains.Drug susceptibility testing was performed by K-B methods.Drug susceptibility was read according to CLSI 2007.WHONET5.3-5.4 was adopted to analyze the data statistically.RESULTS The detection rate of extended spectrum β-lactamases(ESBLs)producing ECO was 40.1%(152/379).ECO had been resistant to commonly used antibiotics to some degrees.The highest rate of resistance(92.9%),was to ampicillin,The highest rate of susceptibility(100.0%)was to imipenem and meropenem.CONCLUSIONS Drug-resistance status of ECO in Xiangfan is very serious.Various grade hospitals should attach importance to monitoring resistant strains to prevent outbreak and epidemic of nosocomial infection.
