杭州市城北地区急诊中心应用头孢菌素类药物现状及趋势分析

目的 了解我院急诊中心头孢菌素类药物的应用情况,合理用药水平及用药趋势.方法 采用经额和用药频度排序法,对我院急诊中心2003～2005年头孢菌素类药物的使用经额、主要品种及其DDDs值进行分析统计.结果 我院急诊中心2003～2005年头孢菌素类药物的使用经额分别为94894、542188、742790元.呈逐年上升趋势,但所占急诊中心药品使用总经额的比例不变.结论 我院急诊中心头孢菌素类药物应用比较合理.第一代头孢类药物使用率逐年减少,第二代,第三代已成为急诊中心头孢类药物使用的主要趋势.

Cephalosporins used in the emergency center of Hangzhou Second People's Hospital:current situation and trend

Aim To study the situation,level of rationality and trend in use of cephalosporins in the emergency center of Hangzhou Second People's Hospital.Methods Expenses and DDDs of dominating cephalosporins in the emergency center of our hospital from 2003 to 2005 were analyzed.Results The costs of cephalosporins consumption were 94894,542188,742790 yuan in 2003,2004 and 2005,respectively,and with an ascending tendency,but the proportion between it and total value for using medicine in emergency center keeps stable.Conclusion In our hospital,the use of cephalosporins is rational on the whole,furthermore,the using frequency of the first generation cephalosporins progressively decreases by year,the second and third generation cephalosporins will be the predominant measures in the future.
