肝脾联合切除及断流术的手术配合

目的 总结肝脾联合切除及断流术的配合特点,为该类手术提供借鉴.方法 20例肝脾联合切除及断流术术前做好充分的人员及物品准备,术中维持有效血容量、严格执行无菌技术及手术用物清点核对制度、控制出入室人员制度,并采取保暖及预防褥疮措施.结果 20例手术取得满意效果,无1例发生术中低温及术后感染和褥疮.结论 术中注意保暖、预防褥疮、保持静脉通畅、严格执行"三查七对"是保证肝脾联合切除及断流术顺利开展的关键.严格执行无菌技术、控制出入室人数是防止围手术期感染的关键措施.

The co-operation of united liver and spleen resection and disconnection

Objective To summary the characteristics of united liver and spleen resection combined with disconnection, so as to provide experience for these operations. Methods 20 patients were included, personnel and articles were prepared before operations. Sustainning valid blood volume, executing aseptic technic and count-ing system strictly, controlling institution of in and out, keepping warm and preventting bed sore intra -opera-tion. Results 20 operations had gained satisfactory effects. No one happened hypothermia in operation and infec-tion and bed sore after operation. Conclusions Keeping warm, preventing bed sore, keeping iv drip smooth, executing " three inspections and seven verifications" strictly are the key points of these operations. Executing a-septic technic strictly, controlling in and out numbers axe the key measures of preventing infection of perioperation period.
