胰岛素抵抗和晚期糖基化终末产物水平与脑白质病变的相关性探讨

摘    要:目的探讨胰岛素抵抗(IR)及晚期糖基化终末产物(AGEs)在脑白质病变发生、发展中的作用。方法 92例老年病及神经内科住院患者均行颅脑MR I检查,按Fazekas Scale脑白质定性方法将患者分为脑白质病变阳性组和阴性组各46例。检测两组胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)及血清AGEs水平,分析其与脑白质病变的相关性。结果阳性组HOMA-IR及水平AGEs数值均显著高于对照组,且与脑白质病变存在相关性(P均〈0.05)。结论 IR与AGEs水平升高是脑白质病变的重要危险因素。临床应采取相关干预措施。

Abstract:Objective To explore the roles of insulin resistance(IS)and advanced glycosylation end products(AGEs) in the occurrence and development of white matter lesions(WMLs) in the brain.Methods Ninety-two patients from the gerontology and neurology departments were collected,and were supposed to take MRI scanning of the brain.According to Fazekas rating scale,the patients were divided into two the positive group and the negative group with 46 cases in each.Insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR)and AGEs were tested,and the correlation between the two indexes and WMLs in the brain were analyzed.Results HOMA-IR and AGEs of positive group were higher than those of negative group,and both were correlated to the WMLs in the brain(both P0.05).Conclusions HOMA-IR and AGEs are important risk factors of WMLs.The clinic should apply correlated interventions.
