| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨北寄生提取物对人肝癌HepG2细胞增殖抑制和凋亡诱导作用。方法：分别采用噻唑蓝（MTT）法检测细胞增殖活性、光镜观察细胞结构变化、流式细胞仪检测细胞凋亡。结果：0.3mg.mL-1北寄生提取物处理24h后,细胞增殖明显受到抑制,且抑制率随时间延长而增加;光镜下可观察到细胞凋亡形态的改变;0.3mg.mL-1北寄生提取物处理48h后,流式细胞仪检测细胞凋亡率为24.7%。结论：北寄生提取物不仅能有效地抑制肿瘤细胞的增殖,同时又有诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡的作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective：To explore the anti-proliferation and apoptosis-induced effects of Viscum coloratum extracts（VCE） on HepG2 cells.Methods：HepG2 cell proliferative activity was measured by MTT assay.Cell apoptosis was observed by Giemsa staining method.Cell apoptosis rate was determined by flow cytometry.Results：After exposure to VCE at concentrations 0.3mg·mL-1 for 24h,cellular proliferation was inhibited with the increase of the concentration and the time.The significant apoptotic morphology changes were observed.After exposure to VCE at concentrations 0.3mg·mL-1 for 48h,cell apoptosis was determined as 24.7%.Conclusion：VCE can not only inhibit the proliferation,but also induce apoptosis in HepG2 cells. |
