Clinical observation of Anshu decoction on the adjuvant treatment of angina pectoris after percutaneous coronary intervention |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of Anshu decoction on the adjuvant treatment of angina pectoris after percutaneous coronary intervention（PCI）.Methods 70 patients with angina pectoris after PCI were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in control group（n=35） were treated by routine therapy.Patients in treatment group（n=35） were treated by combination of Anshu decoction and routine therapy.The course was four weeks in two groups.The changes of Brawnwald angina score and the total ischemic load time were observed after a course.Results Brawnwald angina score and the total ischemic load time were improved after treatment in two groups as compared with those before treatment（P0.05）.The improvement of Brawnwald angina score and the total ischemic load time in treatment group was superior to that in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Anshu decoction can improve the clinical symptoms and myocardial ischemic time in patients with angina pectoris after PCI. |
