| 摘 要： | 目的 观察脘腹痛方治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效.方法 将160例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者随机分为2组.治疗组100例予脘腹痛方,每日1剂,水煎分2次服;时照组60例予胃复春片4片,每日3次,饭前30 min口服.治疗90 d后统计临床疗效,胃镜、病理疗效.结果 治疗组总有效率92.0%,胃镜、病理总有效率83.0%,对照组分...

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Wanfutongfang in treating chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods 160 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis were randomly divided into 2 groups.The treatment group in which 100 cases were treated with Wangfutongfang and the control group in which 60 cases were treated with Weifuchun.After 90 days,the clinical therapeutic effect and pathological effect were analyzed.Results The total clinical effective rate of the treatment group is 92.0% and pathological effective rate is 83.0%.The control group is 66.7% and 53.3%.The difference between 2 groups is statistically significant（P0.05,P0.01）.The treatment group is better than the control group.Conclusion Wangfutongfang is quite effective on chronic atrophic gastritis. |
