| 摘 要： | 目的：建立莲须药材中总黄酮的含量测定方法。方法：采用分光光度法,以芦丁为对照品,5%三氯化铝甲醇溶液为显色剂,在波长413nm处对样品中的总黄酮进行含量测定。结果：总黄酮在3~30ug/mL之间,线性关系良好,加样回收率98.95%,RSD=0.90%（n=6）。结论：该方法操作简便、准确,具有很好的重现性和稳定性,适用于莲须中总黄酮的含量测定。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To set up the method of determination of total flavone in Stamen Nelumbinis.Method: The contents of total flavone were determined by spectrophotometry.Reference substance was rutin,5% AlCl3 in methanol was chromogenic agent and the detection wavelength was at 413 nm.Result: The linear range of total flavone was between 3~30ug/mL,the mean recovery rate was 98.95%,RSD=0.90%(n=6).Conclusion: This method is simple,rapid and accurate with good reproducibility.It is a suitable way for determination of ... |
