| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经电子支气管镜（EB）直视下植入放射性125I粒子,近距离内照射治疗中央型非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）的近期效果。方法术前临床和活检证实NSCLC 65例,125I粒子植入联合NP方案化疗（长春瑞滨＋顺铂）23例作为实验组,单纯NP方案化疗42例作为对照组。治疗后6个月根据CT和EB检查,比较肿瘤体积,按国际标准判定疗效。结果6个月后实验组和对照组有效率分别为78.2%（18/23）和42.8%（18/42）,χ2=92.61,P〈0.01。结论放射性125I粒子植入联合化疗是一种有效的、微创的治疗中央型NSCLC的方法。
