| 摘 要： | 总结周岱翰教授运用脾胃学说论治肿瘤的临床经验。周教授认为：1）治疗晚期肿瘤,论治不忘补中,健脾不忘通腑。2）重视饮食调理,药治食疗并重。3）遣方用药,贵在灵活。周教授把脾胃学说理论应用到恶性肿瘤的辨治上,是对脾胃学说的进一步发展与补充,体现了＂师古而不泥古＂的精神。
