Observation of combination of Jinghuaweikang gelatin pm and pantoprazole triple therapy in patients with Helicobacter pylori infected gastritis

Objective To observe the effect of Jinghuaweikang gelatin pill and pantoprazole triple therapy in patients with Helicobacter pylori（Hp） infected gastritis.Methods 100 patients with Hp positive chronic stomach were randomly divided into 2 groups.The patients in treatment group（n=51） were treated by combination of Jianghuaweikang gelatin pill,160 mg,thrice a day,and pantoprazole triple therapy including pantoprazole（40 mg,once a day）,amoxicillin（1.0 g,twice a day） and metronidazole（0.4 g,twice a day） for a week.The control group（n=49） was only given pantoprazole triple therapy for one week.The Hp status was determined by 14C-breath test before and four weeks after treatment.Results The Hp eradication rate of the treatment group and control group were 96.0% and 81.6%respectively,there is significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion Treatment of combination of Jinghuaweikang gelatin pill and pantoprazole triple therapy is highly effective and safe on Hp positive chronic stomach.It is alternative option for eradication of Hp.
