补髓生血颗粒对慢性再障患者骨髓单个核细胞MEK表达的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨补髓生血颗粒对慢性再障患者(CAA)骨髓单个核细胞中丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(MEK)表达的影响及其作用机制。方法:采用蛋白质印迹(Western-blot)方法检测CAA患者、正常人骨髓基质细胞MEK表达水平。结果:CAA患者骨髓单个核细胞的MEK表达水平均低于正常组(P〈0.05),经补髓生血颗粒治疗后,MEK表达水平有所上升,与治疗前相比具有显著性差异(P〈0.05)。结论:CAA患者骨髓基质细胞MEK呈低水平表达,它有可能参与了CAA的发病机制过程;中药补髓生血颗粒可能是通过调节MEK的表达水平而促进MEK抗凋亡作用,从而影响骨髓造血信号转导调控,促进骨髓造血功能。
