子宫内膜异位症患者卵泡液对小鼠成熟卵子体外受精的影响

目的：探讨子宫内膜异位症患者卵泡液对小鼠成熟卵母细胞体外受精的影响。方法：小鼠经HMG及HCG促排卵，处死后收集其输卵管内成熟卵母细胞。将收集到的卵母细胞随机分为三组进行体外受精：空白对照组：DMEM液＋10％胎牛血清＋50IU／ml青霉素＋50μg／ml链霉素；研究组：DMEM液＋10％胎牛血清＋50IU／ml青霉素＋50μg／ml。链霉素＋40％子宫内膜异位症患者卵泡液；对照组：DMEM液＋10％胎牛血清＋50IU／ml青霉素＋50μg／mL链霉素＋40％输卵管因素不孕患者卵泡液。观察三组卵子体外受精情况。结果：研究组、对照组及空白对照组体外受精率分别为68．28％，74％，78．5％。三组体外受精情况比较，无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。结论：子宫内膜异位症患者卵泡液对小鼠成熟卵母细胞的受精能力无明显影响。

The Effect of Follicular Fluid from the Endometriosis Patients on in-vitro Fertilization of the Oocyte from the Mice

Objective： To explore the effect of the follicular fluid from the endometriosis-associated infertile patients on in vitro fertilization of oocytes from the mice. Methods： The mice were induced super-ovulate by injected with HMG and HCG, and collected the oocytes of the bilateral oviducts after killed them. The collected oocytes were arranged randomly in three groups to fertilize with sperm from mice in vitro ： blank control group ： DMEM ＋ 10% FCS ＋ 50IU/ml penicillin G ＋ 50 μg/mL streptomycin sulfate; study group： DMEM ＋ 10% FCS ＋ 501U/mL penicillin G ＋ 50 μg/mL streptomycin sulfate ＋40% follicular fluid of the endometriosis-associated infertility; control group： DMEM ＋ 10% FCS ＋ 50IU/mL penicillin G ＋ 50 μg/mL streptomycin sulfate ＋ 40% follicular fluid of the tubal-associated infertility. Observe the in vitro fertilization of the oocytes in three groups. Results： The fertility rate of the study group, control group and blank control group were 68.28% ,74% ,78.5%. There was no difference in fertilization in the three groups（ P 〉0.05 ）. Conclusions： There is no obvious effect of follicular fluid from endometriosis - associated infertility on in vitro fertilizability of mature ooeytes from mice.
