甲状腺肿瘤超声与病理对照研究

目的 为了研究甲状腺肿瘤超声图像特征与病理组织结构、细胞分化程度的关系。方法 对175例238个甲状腺肿瘤病人进行了术前超声和术后病理检查。结果 良性肿瘤以强回声居多,滤泡状腺瘤件出血和囊性变多见,常导致声像图以混合性肿瘤出现。恶性甲状腺囊性乳头状癌,超声表现囊性病灶多回声实性突起。结论 通过超声图像特征,为分析甲状腺肿瘤性质提供了信息。

A study made by comparing the ultrasonographic characteristics with pathologic examination of thyroid tumor

Purpose In order to study the relationsip between the ultrasongraphic characteristics of thyroid tumor and its pathoiogic tissue structure, cell differentiation degree. Methods preoperative ultrasonographic and postoperative pathologic examinations were performed on 238 patients with thyroid tumor in 175 cases. Results Benign tumors were high echogenic, a follicular adenoma with hemorrhage and cystic degeneration was often seen.it usually inade ultrasonography apper as a mixed tumor. As for malignant cystic paillary carcinomas of thyroid, ultrosonography revealed mostly crystic lesions, with solid excrescences protruding into the cyst. Conclusion Through the ultrasonographic characteristics, information was provided foranalyzing the properties of thyroid tumor.
