| 摘 要： | 目的 评估超声对乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法 回顾性地分析86例乳腺癌超声资料,所有病例均经手术与病理证实。结果 乳腺癌超声表现为低回声、不规则的边缘和形态、后方衰减,彩色血流信号增强占73％、纵/横径>1占87％、RI平均为0.54。结论 二维彩色多普勒超声结合临床表现能提高乳腺癌的超声诊断率。

| Abstract: | Purpose To evaluate the value of ultrasonography for diagnosing breast carcinoma. Methods 86 cases of breast carcinoma have been analyzed retrospectively, and all the cases are confirmed with pathology. Results According to the results, the US features of breast carcinoma include hypoechogenicity, irregular marginality and posterior attenuation. The ratio of longitude to transverse is more than 1.0 in 87 percent of the cases. Besides, the color Doppler signals of breast carcinoma will enhance in 73 percent of the cases, and RI is 0.54. Conclusion The two - dimensional ultrasonography and color Doppler can improve the diagnostic accuracy of breast carcinoma. |
