胃癌的超声诊断与误漏诊原因探讨

目的 探讨胃癌的超声诊断价值。方法 本组75例，均采用口服胃声学造影剂，超声探测胃癌的发生部位，浸润深度，转移灶。并按Borrmonn分型，描述了各型胃癌的声像图特征。结果 手术、病理证实：超声诊断率94.67％(71／75)，超声分型与Borrmonn分型有良好的相关性。其中Ⅰ型肿块型23例，Ⅱ型溃病型21例，Ⅲ型溃疡浸润型27例，Ⅳ型漫浸润4例。结论 超声可以与胃镜，X线钡餐检查互补，提高胃癌诊断曲准确性。

The value of ultrasonographic diagnosis in stomach cancer and analysis of misdiagnosis

Purpose To explore the value of Ultrasonographic diagnosis in stomach cancer. Methods The total 75 patients were taken orally acoustic contrast-medium. Ultrasound was used to explore occurrence locus .infiltrate depth and metastasis. With Borrmonn Grouping .diversified characteristic acoustic images were described. Results Operation and pathology verify diagnostic rate is 94.67% (71/75). There is favorable relativity in Ultrasound Grouping and Borrmonn Grouping. Of 75 cases.tumor type of 23 patients .ulcer type of 21 patients,ulcer infiltration type of 27 patients .diffuse infiltration type of 4 patients. Conclusion Ultrasound can combine with gastroscope and barium meal to improve the accuracy of diagnosis in stomach cancer.
