子宫肌瘤与局限型子宫腺肌病的二维彩色多普勒鉴别诊断探讨（附136例分析）

目的 探讨二维图象及彩色多普勒对子宫肌瘤和子宫腺肌病的鉴别诊断价值。方法 通过对87例子宫肌瘤、49例局限型子宫腺肌病的声像图及彩色多普勒检测的回顾性分析,探讨子宫肌瘤和局限型子宫腺肌病的声像图特征和血供情况。结果 两者的二维声像图区别在于子宫肌瘤瘤体与肌壁有明显分界,子宫腺肌病则无;两者的彩色多普勒区别在于子宫肌瘤瘤体周边有环状、半环状血流且瘤体内有不同程度的血流信号,而子宫腺肌病可见弥散分布似繁星状的血流。结论 二维图象和彩色多普勒对子宫肌瘤和子宫腺肌病的鉴别诊断具有一定的价值。

Differential diagnosis of uterus myoma and local uterus adenomyoma by two - dimensional color Doppler imaging (with analysis of 136 cases)

Purpose To study the differential diagnosis of uterus myoma and uterus adenomyoma by two - dimensional and color Doppler imaging. Methods Review 87 cases with uterus myoma and 49 cases with partial uterus adenomyoma by two - dimensional and color Doppler imaging. We analyse both image characteristics and blood supply in uterus myoma and local uterus adenomyoma. Results The difference in two-dimensional imaging: there is clear borderline between uterus myoma and uterus muscle. The difference in color Doppler imagine:There is ringlike or semi - ringlike blood signal around the uterus myoma. There s also blood signal inside it. But there s only starry blood signal spreading in uterus adenomyoma. Conclusion Two- dimensional and color Doppler imaging play an important rde in differential diagnosis of uterus myoma and local uterus adenomyoma.
