| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨膝关节腔MRI造影对常规MRI检查所发现的不典型半月板撕裂有无进一步的诊断和鉴别诊断价值。 资料和方法:34例行常规MRI发现半月板病变(可疑撕裂)后附加MRI关节腔造影,手术和关节镜检查发现18例23个半月板撕裂。 结果:关节腔MRI造影诊断半月板撕裂的敏感性、特异性和准确性均高于常规MRI检查,尤其以特异性的提高更为显著。各级医师之间对半月板撕裂常规MRI诊断的准确率差距显著大于关节腔MRI造影。 结论:膝关节腔MRI造影可进一步提高半月板撕裂磁共振检查的准确率。

| Abstract: | Purposes: To probe into the value of MR arthrography in the diagnosis of questionable meniscal tears detected by routine MRI examination.
Materials and Methods: 34 cases of questionable meniscal tears detected by routine MRI examination were appended with MR arthrography. 23 meniscus from 18 patients had meniscal tears which were discovered by arthroscopy or surgery.
Results: The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of MR arthrography in diagnosing meniscal tears was higher than that of routine MRI examination. Intraobserver difference with routine MRI examination was lower than that with arthrography. Conclusions: MR arthrography can further improve the diagnostic accuracy of MRI examination. |
