螺旋CT门静脉血管造影及其临床应用

目的 探讨螺旋CT门静脉血管造影(spiral CT portolography,SCTP)临床应用价值。方法 89例肝脏疾病行SCTP检查及门静脉血管三维重建,三维重建方法包括MIP和SSD。结果 选择合适扫描检查技术可以获得较好的门静脉血管成像图像,SCTP可较好显示肝硬化门静脉血管大小形态变化、侧支循环血管开放情况及肝癌、肝血管瘤、肝囊肿、脂肪肝等肝内病变对门静脉推移,压迫和浸润情况。结论 SCTP是一种有效微创伤性门静脉血管成像技术,对了解肝内病变与门静脉的关系及门静脉大小形态改变有较大价值。

Spiral CT portography and its clinical application

Purpose To assess spiral CT portolography (SCTP) technique and clinical application value. Methods Hepatic diseases (n=89) were examined by SCTP,then MIP and SSD reconstruction were used. Results High quality portal vein images could be obtained by optimizing examining technique. SCTP could demonstrate the portal vein varying in shape and size and opening degree of collaterals in cirrhosis patients, reveal the relationship of mtrahepatic lesions to portal vein. Conclusion SCTP was a mininvasive and effective method to image portal vein vascular , which is important in assessing the relationship of mtrahepatic lesions to portal vein and revealing the variation of portal vein in shape and size.
