| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨脑内血肿新的治疗方法。方法对51例脑内血肿患者采用CT导向立体定向抽吸术。其中男性30例，女性21例，年龄最大的77岁，最小的仅5岁，平均年龄57.6岁，发病距手术时间最短的3小时，最长的15天。结果 按临床出院评价，存活为34例，存活率66．7％，死亡17例，死亡率33．3％。结论 CT导向立体定向抽吸术时抢救脑溢血病人的生命是有价值的，尤其对基底节、丘脑出血病例可获得较高的生存质量。

| Abstract: | Purpose To evaluate treating - effect of intracerebral hemorrhage aspiration by CT - guided stereotactic technique. Methods 51 patients (male 30, female 21) of intracerebral hemorrhage received aspiration. Tosiba TCT- 600HQ whole - body CT and ASA- 602S cerebral stereotactic apparatus were utilited in the group. The target points were determined with CT and fixed with stereotactic apparatus. Roles were drilled on cranium and the hematoma was aspireted. Results There are 34 survivors and 17 death in 51 patients. The rate of success in operation is 66. 7% . It is better than other treatment methods such as medicine and conventional operation. Conclusion CT- guided stereotactic surgery is a valuable treatment method for intracerebral hemorrhage. |
