阜阳市手足口病死亡患儿流行病学特征分析

目的探讨阜阳市手足口病(FHMD)死亡患儿流行病学特征。方法死亡患儿为实验室诊断及定点医院专家进行的临床诊断病例;个案调查由具有流行病学调查经验的疾控人员使用统一调查表格进行。结果2008年全年本市发病9439例,其中23例死亡,病死率为0.24%。死亡病例主要发生在4月15日以前(18例),除颍上县、界首市和太和县外各县(市、区)均有死亡病例发生,主要在阜阳市城区周围,以颍州区最多。男女之比为1.56∶1,发病年龄最小为3月龄,最大为3岁零6个月,1岁及以下儿童占69.70%,均为散居儿童。主要临床表现为发热、精神差、呼吸困难等;病人入院后病情进展较快,多数在发病当日或第2日死亡;EV71核酸检测(13份)阳性率为84.62%。结论能够早期发现并及时有效治疗手足口病重症病例,可以明显减少甚至遏制死亡病例的发生。

Analysis of the epidemiological characteristics of the died children with FHMD in Fuyang city
