青藤碱治疗类风湿关节炎作用机制的研究进展

类风湿关节炎(RA)是一种以滑膜慢性炎症为主要表现的自身免疫性疾病,发病机制尚不明确。RA可能的发病机制包括免疫细胞活化与表达异常、细胞增殖与凋亡失衡、炎症损伤、核因子κB异常活化以及基质金属蛋白酶表达下降等。青藤碱具有免疫抑制、抗炎镇痛、诱导细胞凋亡、保护软骨等多种作用,目前在RA治疗中起重要作用,是一种有良好应用前景的新型免疫抑制剂。

Progress in Studies of Mechanism of Sinomenine in Treating Rheumatoid Arthritis

Rheumatoid arthritis is an autoimmune disease,which fundamentally manifests as chronic synovial inflammation.The pathogenesis of RA is indistinct and possibly involves the immunocytic disorder of activation and expression,cell disequilibrium of apoptosis and multiplication,inflammatory injuries,abnormal activation of nuclear factor kappa B,and matrix met alloproteinases descendent expression.Sinomenine is a new immunosuppressant with a good prospect.It has multiple functions,including immunosuppression,anti-inflammation and analgesia,able to induce cell apoptosis and protect cartilages.Nowadays, sinomenine plays an important role in treating rheumatoid arthritis.
