宫颈癌手术治疗后复发的临床病理因素探究

目的对宫颈癌手术治疗后复发的临床病理因素进行分析。方法资料选自2008年8月—2013年8月在该院救治的宫颈癌患者234例,对其相应的资料进行回顾性分析,探究临床病理因素。结果在该研究中,患者术后复发率为5.56%;影响其复发因素主要为肿瘤组织学分级,在其低分化中复发率为70.65%,而中高分化中仅为45.77%。临床分期中,〉ⅠB期的复发率为8.11%,而≤ⅠB期的复发率仅为2.44%;采用术后放疗复发率为3.06%,未采用的复发率为1.61%;盆腔淋巴结阳性的复发率为23.94%;术后化疗的复发率为0.39%。结论结合影响宫颈癌术后复发的主要因素,给予相应的手术治疗,可有效的减少复发率,提高手术治疗的效果。

Study on the Clinical Pathological Factors of Cervical Cancer Recurrence after Surgery

Objective To analyze the clinical pathologic factors of cervical cancer recurrence after surgical treatment. Methods The data of 234 patients with cervical cancer treated in our hospital from August, 2008 to August, 2013 were selected and analyzed retrospectively, and the clinical pathological factors were explored. Results In this study, the postoperative recurrence rate of the patients was 5.56%; the main factors influencing the recurrence mainly was tumor histological grading, the recurrence rate was70.65% in its low differentiation, in high differentiation, it was only 45.77%. The recurrence rate of clinical stage larger than ⅠB phase was 8.11%, while that of clinical stage less than or equal to Ⅰ B was only 2.44%; the recurrence rate of patients treated with postoperative radiotherapy was 3.06%, while that of the patients treated without postoperative radiotherapy was 1.61%;the recurrence rate of pelvic lymph node positive was 23.94%; and that of postoperative chemotherapy was 0.39%. Conclusion Giving the patients corresponding surgical treatment based on referring the main factors that influence the recurrence of cervical cancer,can effectively reduce the recurrence rate and improve the effect of surgical treatment.
