参附注射液联合NP方案治疗非小细胞肺癌临床研究

目的观察参附注射液联合长春瑞滨联合顺铂方案(NP方案)治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的疗效。方法将60例NSCLC患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组30例。观察组患者采用参附注射液+NP方案治疗,对照组单纯应用NP方案。比较两组患者近期临床疗效及生活质量情况。结果两组患者治疗后,对照组有效率为46.7%,观察组为56.7%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。观察组治疗后生活质量改善率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论参附注射液能提高NSCLC患者近期临床有效率及生存质量。

Clinical Study of Non - Small Cell Lung Cancer Treated with Shenfu Injec- tion and NP Regimen

Objective To observe the efficacy on non - small cell lung cancer（NSCLC） at late stage treated with shenfu injection and vinorelbine plus cisplation（NP）regimen. Methods Sixty cases of NSCLC were randomized into an observation group and a control group, 30 cases in each one. In the observation group, shenfu injection and NP regimen were adopted. In the control group, the simple NP regimen was used. The short - term clinical efficacy and life quality were compared in the patients between the two groups. Resuits After treatment, the effective rate was 46.7% in the control group and was 56.7% in the observation group, indicating the significant difference in comparison（P 〈 0.05 ）. The improvement rate of life quality in the observation group was better than that in the control group after treatment, indicating the significant difference in comparison（P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The shenfu injection improves the short - term clinical effective rate and survival quality of NSCLC in the elderly.
