马来酸依那普利片联合天麻钩藤饮治疗肝风内动型高血压疗效观察

目的观察马来酸依那普利片联合天麻钩藤饮治疗肝风内动型高血压的临床疗效。方法 100例肝风内动,阳热亢扰引起的高血压病例随机分为两组,每组50例。对照组给予马来酸依那普利片治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上联合天麻钩藤饮治疗。结果两组病例治疗后疗效比较差异有统计学意义;两组病例治疗前后血压比较差异有统计学意义;治疗组治疗后血压降低情况与对照组治疗后比较差异有统计学意义;两组患者治疗后头晕、胸憋症状缓解情况比较差异有统计学意义。结论马来酸依那普利片联合天麻钩藤饮治疗肝风内动型高血压疗效显著,值得推广应用。

Efficacy Observation of Enalapril Maleate Tablets and Tianma Gouteng Yin in Treatment of Hypertension of Liver Wind Disturbance Type

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of enalapril maleate tablets and tianma gouteng yin on hypertension differentiated as liver wind disturbance. Methods One hundred cases of hypertension induced by liver wind disturbance and hyperactivity of yang heat were randomized into two groups,50 cases in each one. In the control group,the cases were treated with enalapril maleate tablets. In the treatment group,on the basis of treatment as the control group,tianma gouteng yin was combined. Results The difference in the efficacy after treatment was significant in comparison between the two groups. The difference in blood pressure before and after treatment was significant in the two groups,but the reducing of blood pressure in the treatment group was different significantly as compared with that in the control group after treatment.The relief of dizziness and chest oppression after treatment was different significantly between the two groups.Conclusion The combined therapy of enalapril maleate tablets and tianma gouteng yin achieves significant effect on hypertension and deserves to be promoted in application.
