腹腔镜治疗54例胆囊结石的临床探讨

目的探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术（Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy,LC）治疗胆囊结石的临床疗效。方法按照随机数字表法将99例患者分为观察组（54例）和对照组（55例）,观察组患者均行腹腔镜胆囊切除术,对照组患者行小切口胆囊切除术。结果观察组患者术中出血量、手术时间、下床活动时间、住院时间显著少于对照组（P〈0.05）;观察组并发症发生率（3.70%）显著低于对照组（9.09%）。结论胆囊切除治疗应根据患者具体情况选择适当的术式;在治疗胆囊结石时,与小切口胆囊切除术相比,腹腔镜胆囊切除术具有出血量少、患者恢复快、并发生发生率低、安全性高等优势,值得临床借鉴。

Clinical Observation of Laparoscopic Treatment for 54 Cases with Gallbladder Stones

Objective To observe the clinical effect of 1aparoscopic cholecystectomy（LC） on gallbladder stones. Methods 99 patients with gallbladder stones were divided into the observation group（54 cases） and the control group（55 cases） according to random number table. The patients in the observation group were treated by laparoscopic cholecystectomy, and patients in the control group were treated by small incision cholecystectomy. Results The intraoperative blood loss, duration of operation, time for ambulation and the length of stay of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group, P〈0.05; the incidence of complications（3.70%） of the observation group was obviously lower than that（9.09%） of the control group. Conclusion The appropriate operation method of cholecystectomy should be selected in accordance with the specific conditions of the patients. For the treatment of gallbladder stones, compared with small incision cholecystectomy, 1aparoscopic cholecystectomy has the advantages of less bleeding, quicker recovery, lower incidence of complications, higher safety and so on, which is worthy of clinical reference.
