硫辛酸联合小牛血去蛋白提取物治疗糖尿病合并脑梗死的疗效观察

目的探析硫辛酸与小牛血去蛋白提取物联合治疗糖尿病合并脑梗死的临床疗效。方法入选该院2012年3月—2014年3月收治的2型糖尿病合并急性脑梗死患者36例,按照入院先后顺序分为两组各18例,对照组采用常规治疗,并加用小牛血去蛋白提取物,观察组在对照组基础上静脉滴注硫辛酸注射液,比较两组临床效果,神经功能,病灶及周围水肿带面积变化及药物不良反应。结果观察组治疗有效率88.9%（16/18）显著高于对照组50.0%（9/18）,观察组治疗第7天NIHSS评分（7.1±2.4）分显著低于对照组（8.7±2.5）分,CT值显著高于对照组,病灶、水肿面积显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论硫辛酸与小牛血去蛋白提取物联合治疗糖尿病合并脑梗死可提高疗效,改善神经功能,提高CT值,提高相对无病灶区面积及降低水肿面积,且无明显不良反应。

The Observation on the Curative Effect of Lipoic Acid Combined with Deproteinized Calf Blood Extract in the Treatment of Diabetes Complicated with Cerebral Infarction

Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of lipoic acid combined with deproteinized calf blood extract in the treatment of diabetes complicated with cerebral infarction. Methods 36 cases of type 2 diabetes complicated with cerebral infarction admitted in our hospital from March 2012 to March 2014 were selected and divided into two groups with 18 cases in each according to the order of admission. The control group were given conventional treatment combined with deproteinized calf blood extract. The observation group were given intravenous drip thioctic acid injection based on the treatment of the control group. And the clinical effect, nerve function, the lesion and surrounding edema area change and drug adverse reactions of two groups were compared. Results The effective rate of treatment of the observation group was 88.9%（16/18） significantly higher than the control group＇s 50%（9/18）. The 7d NIHSS score of the observation group was（7.1± 2.4） points, significantly lower than the control group＇s（8.7 ± 2.5） points. And the CT value of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, lesions and edema areas were significantly less than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Lipoic acid combined with deproteinized calf blood extract in the treatment of diabetes complicated with cerebral infarction can improve the efficacy and the nerve function, enhance the CT value, and reduce the lesion area and edema area with no significant adverse reactions.
