间充质干细胞对烧伤创面免疫调控作用的研究进展

摘    要:间充质干细胞(MSC)因具有自我更新、快速增殖、多向分化及旁分泌细胞因子等功能,以及通过与创面中的各种免疫细胞相互作用调控创面组织细胞的免疫功能等特点,在创面愈合中具有重要作用。MSC可能通过与免疫细胞的直接接触及旁分泌细胞因子来调控创面组织细胞的免疫功能,延长皮肤移植物存活时间。具有抑制免疫细胞功能等独特的免疫学特点,为其应用于烧伤创面的治疗提供了可能的理论依据。

Research progress of regulation of mesenchymal stem cell on immune functiong of burn wound

Abstract:MSC plays a key role in the process of wound healing for its characteristics of self-renew, rapid proliferation, differentiation and paracrine, and promotes wound repairing through interaction with a variety of immune cells in the wound and regulating the immune function of wound tissue cells. MSC may prolong the survival time of the transplanted skin by contating with immune ceils directly and paracrining cytokine to regulate the immune function of wound tissue cells. It has low immunogenicity and the ability to suppress immune cell function and other unique immunological characteristics, which may provide a theoretical basis for its application in the treatment of burn wounds.
