健脾益气包温敷疗法治疗小儿厌食症的疗效观察

目的观察健脾益气包温敷治疗小儿厌食症的临床疗效。方法 193例厌食患儿随机分为治疗组(96例)与对照组(97例)。两组患儿均改善饮食习惯,建立规律的生活习惯,避免对患儿的不良刺激。在此基础上,对照组予健胃消食口服液治疗;治疗组用健脾益气包温敷疗法。观察两组患儿治疗后临床疗效、症状评分(主要症状评分及次要症状评分)及尿淀粉酶情况。结果治疗组治疗后总有效率为97.9%。对照组为88.7%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗组治疗后主、次症状评分明显低于对照组,尿淀粉酶含量明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论健脾益气包温敷治疗小儿厌食的方法便利、安全、痛苦小,消除了患儿针灸时的恐惧心理,值得临床推广。

Efficacy Observation of Infantile Anorexia Treated with Jianpiyiqi Warm Application Therapy

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on infantile anorexia treated with Jianpiyiqi warm application therapy. Methods One hundred and ninety three cases of infantile anorexia were divided into a treatment group（96 cases）and a control group（97 cases）. In all the two groups,the dietetic habit was improved,the regular life activity was set up and the adverse stimulation was avoided. Additionally,Jianwei Xi-aoshi Koufuye was prescribed for oral administration in the control group and Jianpiyiqi warm application thera-py was applied in the treatment group. The clinical efficacy,symptom scores（score of primary symptoms and score of secondary symptoms）and urine amylase were observed after treatment in the two groups. Results The total effective rate was 97. 9% in the treatment group and was 88. 7% in the control group after treatment,in-dicating the significant difference in comparison（P ﹤ 0. 05）. In the treatment group,the scores of the primary and secondary symptoms were all apparently lower than those in the control group and the level of urine amyl-ase was apparently higher than that in the control group,indicating the significant difference in comparison between the two groups（P ﹤ 0. 05）. Conclusion Jianpiyiqi warm application therapy is advanced at simple and safe operation in the treatment of infantile anorexia,avoiding the fear in acupuncture. Hence,this therapy deserves to be promoted in clinic.
