| 摘 要： | 皮片混合移植法的提出对于大面积深度烧伤患者的救治具有划时代的重要意义，使利用有限的自体皮片在较短期内修复大面积深度烧伤创面成为可能，降低了因创面长时间裸露导致超高代谢、感染等并发症的发生，而且有利于改善创面修复质量。皮片混合移植技术主要包括大张异体（种）皮开洞自体小皮片嵌植、砌砖式自体异体皮片混合移植、自体微粒皮片移植覆盖大张异体皮、自体异体表皮细胞混合移植等等。

| Abstract: | Mixed skin grafting plays an important role in extensive deep burns. This method makes it possible to use limited autologous skin grafts to repair extensive deep burns in a short period and then reduce a lot of complications including hypermetabolism,infection etc,which are caused by long-time bare wounds. It can also improve the quality of wound repairing. Mixed skin grafting mainly includes large sheet of allogeneic（ heteroplastic）skin inlay autologous small skin,bricklaying autologous transplantation of allogeneic skin,autologous microskin skin graft covering large sheet of allogeneic skin,autologous and allogeneic epidermal cell mixed graft ,and so on. |
