调查分析影响小儿静脉输液穿刺成功的因素及控制措施

目的调查了解哪些因素会影响小儿静脉穿刺的成功率以及控制成功率的措施。方法随机抽取该院接诊的130例儿童静脉输液穿刺失败的案例进行回顾性分析,了解影响因素,探讨控制策略。结果在影响小儿静脉输液穿刺成功的因素中,患儿个体因素最重要,占到26.9%,其次分别是环境影响22.3%、护士个体原因17.6%、穿刺技法问题16.1%、家长个体原因13.8%、关系默契程度10%、其他因素5.3%。结论要提升护士的技能经验,改善现场环境,联合家长配合来做好穿刺工作。

Investigation and Analysis of the Factors Affecting the Success of Pediatric Intravenous Infusion and the Control Measures

Objective To investigate and understand what factors will affect the success rate of venipuncture in children as well as the success rate of the control measures. Methods 130 cases of failing pediatric intravenous infusion in our hospital were randomly selected and analyzed retrospectively for understanding the influencing factors and discussing the control measures. Results Of the factors affecting the success of pediatric intravenous infusion, the individual factors of children were the most important, accounting for 26.9%, followed by the environmental impact, which accounted for 22.3%, individual factors of nurses, which accounted for17.6%, puncture technique problems, which accounted for 16.1%, individual factors of parents, which accounted for 13.8%, the degree of relation tacit understanding, which accounted for 10%, other factors, which accounted for 5.3%. Conclusion Enhancing the skill experience of nurses, improving the working environment combined with the coordination of the parents are contributing to the well accomplishment of puncture.
