筋骨痛消丸抗炎作用及其机制的研究

摘    要:目的观察筋骨痛消丸抗炎作用,初步探讨其作用机制。方法采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀、醋酸致小鼠毛细血管通透法、小鼠琼脂肉芽肿法研究筋骨痛消丸的抗炎作用;通过测定角叉菜胶致大鼠足跖肿胀炎症组织中白细胞介素-1(IL-1)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、前列腺素E2(PGE2)、一氧化氮(NO)、丙二醛(MDA)水平。结果筋骨痛消丸高、低剂量组对二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀、醋酸诱发小鼠毛细血管通透性增高、琼脂致小鼠肉芽组织增生均有显著的抑制作用,可明显降低大鼠角叉菜胶足跖肿胀炎症组织内IL-1、TNF-α、PGE2、NO、MDA的水平。结论筋骨痛消丸具有明显的抗炎作用,机制可能与降低IL-1、TNF-α、PGE2、NO、MDA的水平有关。

Study on Anti - Inflammatory Effect and Mechanism of Jingutongxiao Pills

Abstract:Objective To observe the anti -inflammatory effect of jingutongxiao pills and give the preliminary discussion on its mechanism. Methods Xylene - induced auricular distension, capillary permeability method with acetic acid and agar granuloma method in mice were adopted to study the anti - inflammatory effect of jingutongxiao pills. The levels of IL- 1, TNF -α, PGE1, NO and MDA were determined in the inflammatory tissue of mice with vola pedis swelling induced by carrageenin. Results In the high - dose and lowdose groups of jingutongxiao pills,the significant inhibition was achieved on auricular swelling induced by xylene, increased capillary permeability induced by acetic acid and granulation hyperblastosis induced by agar. The levels of IL - 1 ,TNF -α, PGE1, NO and MDA were reduced significantly in the inflammatory tissue of mice with vola pedis swelling induced by carrageenin. Conclusion The jingutongxiao pills achieves the obvious anti - inflammatory effect, which is possibly related to the reduction of the levels of IL - 1, TNF - α, PGE1 ,NO and MDA.
