消炎散核颗粒中挥发油的提取工艺研究

摘    要:目的优选消炎散核颗粒中挥发油的最佳提取工艺条件。方法采用L9(34)正交试验方法,以挥发油的提取率为考察指标,考察加水量、浸泡时间和提取时间三个因素对消炎散核颗粒中挥发油提取率的影响。结果提取时间和浸泡时间对提取挥发油的影响最大,最有显著性意义,加水量对结果的影响较小。结合实际生产,最终确定消炎散核颗粒中挥发油的提取工艺为药材加8倍量水,浸泡1 h,水蒸气蒸馏6 h。结论验证试验中三批消炎散核颗粒挥发油提取率稳定,所优选的挥发油提取工艺简单、稳定、可行,适用于工业化大生产。

Study on the Extraction Process of Volatile Oil in Xiaoyan Sanhe Keli

Abstract:Objective To optimize the extraction process conditions of volatile oil in xiaoyan sanhe keli. Methods L9 ( 34 ) orthogonal test was adopted. The extraction rate of volatile oil was taken as index. The impacts of added water amount, soaking time and extracting time were observed on the extraction rate of volatile oil in xiaoyan sanhe keli. Results The extracting time and soaking time impacted the most significantly on the extraction of volatile oil. The impact of added water amount was less. In consideration with practical production ,the final determined extraction process condition of volatile oil in xiaoyan sanhe keli were:adding water 8 times as same as the amount of medicinal material, soaking for 1 h and water vapor distillation for 6 h. Conclusion In validation test,the extraction rate of volatile oil in three batches of xiaoyan sanhe keli is stable. The optimized extraction process of volatile oil is simple, stable and feasible and is suitable for industrialized production.
