螺旋CT二维重建及三维重建在骨关节病变中的应用

摘    要:目的探讨螺旋CT二维重建及三维重建在骨关节病变中的应用效果。方法从该院收治的骨关节病变患者中随机选择86例进行研究,随机分为两组,分别行X线平片检查和螺旋CT二维重建及三维重建。结果观察组的检出率为95.3%,观察组的检出率为69.8%,差异有统计学意义(P=0.03,χ^2=12.23)。结论螺旋CT二维重建及三维重建在骨关节病变中具有较好的应用效果,可以提高检出率,减少漏诊,更好的指导临床治疗,值得推广。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the application effect of spiral CT two-dimensional reconstruction and three-dimensional reconstruction in bone and joint disease. Methods 86 cases of patients with bone and joint disease admitted in our hospital from May, 2011 to May, 2013 were randomly selected for the study and divided into two groups, respectively underwent X-ray and spiral CT two-dimensional reconstruction and three-dimensional reconstruction. Results The detection rate of the observation group was 95.3%, and that of the observation group was 69.8%, the difference was statistically significant(P=0.03, Χ^2 =12.23). Conclusion spiral CT two-dimensional reconstruction and three-dimensional reconstruction have a good application effect in bone and joint disease, which can increase the detection rate, reduce misdiagnosis, better guide clinical treatment, and are worthy of promotion.
