外吹乳痈名实初考

外吹乳痈是指哺乳期发生的乳房部急性化脓性疾病,目前有关外吹乳痈的中医古代文献梳理较少。为系统整理外吹乳痈的古代中医文献记载,文章对外吹乳痈的病名进行了初步探讨。研究发现我国古代医家先后使用了妒乳、吹乳、吹奶、产后吹奶、产后妒乳、妒乳乳痈、吹乳乳痈、产后乳结痈、外吹、乳毒、乳吹、外吹乳等病名描述哺乳期外吹乳痈,可见中医对该病的认识至少从晋代始已非常清晰。通过对古代医籍中相关病名的分析,对外吹乳痈有了更加清晰的认识,为进一步整理分析该病提供了良好的参考。

Term Investigation of Waichui Ruyong

Waichui ruyong refers to acute suppuratiive breast disease in breast feeding period. Cur-rently,there was less collection on the ancient literatures of this disease in TCM. In order to collect systemati-cally the relevant records on it in ancient literatures in TCM. The paper had the preliminary exploration on the terms of the disease. It was discovered that there were different terms on the disease in the different dynas-ties,such as duru,chuiru,chanhou cuinai. It was indicated that this disease had been very clearly recognized at least since Jin dynasty. By the analysis on the terms of the diseases,the disease was clearly understood, which provides the good reference for the further analysis on the disease.
