| 摘 要： | 目的：观察氟罗沙星对照氧氟沙星治疗肺部感染的疗效。方法：３８例痰菌培养阳性的肺部感染病人分２组，治疗组２２例（男性１３例，女性９例，年龄６４±ｓ９ａ）用氟罗沙星０．４ｇ，ｐｏ，ｑｄ×６ｄ。对照组１６例（男性１１例，女性５例，年龄６６±７ａ）用氧氟沙星０．２ｇ，ｐｏ，ｂｉｄ×６ｄ。结果：前者有效率７７％，菌株清除率７７％。后者分别为７５％和８１％。２组无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。结论：氟罗沙星是治疗肺部感染的有效药物，无显著不良反应。

| Abstract: | AIM: To observe the therapeutic effect of fleroxacin in treating pulmonary infections. METHODS: Thirty-eight patients with pulmonary infections and positive sputum cultures were divided into 2 groups. Twenty-two patients (M 13, F 9, age 64±s 9 a) in treatment group received fleroxacin 0.4 g, po, qd for 6 d. Sixteen patients (M 11, F 5, age 66±7 a) received ofloxacin 0.2 g, po, bid for 6 d as control. RESULTS: The effective rate and the bacteria clear rate of the treatment group were 77% and 77%, respectively, and of the control group were 75% and 81%, respectively. No significant difference was found between the 2 groups (P>0.05). CONCLUSION: Fleroxacin is an effective drug for treatment of pulmonary infections without obvious adverse reactions. |
