| 摘 要： | 本文通过３０例扩张型心肌病（ＤＣＭ）和３０例正常人的彩色多普勒（ＣＤＦＩ）的对比研究，结果表明：（１）ＤＣＭ心脏呈普遍扩大，室壁活动呈弥漫性减弱。（２）不同程度伴有瓣膜返流。（３）左空收缩射血功能减低，而舒张功能降低不明显。

| Abstract: | hirty cases with DCM and 30 normal persons were examined with Color Doppler FlowImaging(CDFI).The results showed:(1)The heart of DCM patients was mostly enlarged andthe ventricular wall motion decreased widely;(2)There was variable degrees of valvular re-gurgitation in DCM;(3)DCM was marked by lower ventricular systolic function and“normal.”ventrixular diastolic function. |
