| 摘 要： | 动脉溶栓是挽救缺血半暗带和治疗急性脑梗死的最有效方法之一，但由于治疗时间窗短、溶栓后出血以及再闭塞等诸多因素的限制，这一技术在广泛开展和应用之前，仍然需要进行更多的临床研究。

| Abstract: | The intra-artedal thrombolysis is one of the most effective approaches in salvaging brain ischemic petunia and treating acute cerebral infarction. However, because of the limitations of short time windows for treatment, intracerebral hemorrhage after thrombolysis and reocclusion, more clinical studies are needed before this technique is widely developed and applied. |
