| 摘 要： | 笔通过护理实践，认为提高护士语言素养，必须从熟悉护士语言的要求入手，掌握护士语言表达的方法，做到“亲切，柔和，真诚”，并能熟练运用非语言表达的技巧，同时根据不同的交流对象，采用不同的表达方式，护士才能灵活自如地驾驭语言，才能使自己的语言素养与时俱进。

| Abstract: | Based on nursing practice, the author in this paper argues that cultivation of nurse's language begins with understanding the requirements in nurse's language. Nursing should learn how to express in a friendly, gentle and faithful way. They should be proficient in using non language expression skills and theyshould learn different expression means to talk to different patients. Only in this way can they be agile at mastering nurse's language and enhance self cultivation of language without intermission. |
