| 摘 要： | 目的了解广西壮族人群中HIV协同受体CCR5△32等位基因突变频率和多态性的特点,为评估广西壮族人群对HIV的遗传易感性和艾滋病的防治提供理论依据。方法以152例壮族大学生为研究对象,应用PCR和DNA直接测序等方法检测CCR5及CCR5△32突变体。结果未发现CCR5△32等位基因。结论由于未发现CCR5△32,推测广西壮族人群对HIV-1病毒感染可能具有较大的遗传易感性。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the frequency and polymorphism of HIV coreceptor CCR5 delta32 allele in Guangxi Zhuang population and evaluate the genetic susceptibilityto HIV-1 infection of Zhuang population for providing the theoretical basis for prevention and treatments of AIDS.Methods The research group included 152 subjects who were student at universities.CCR5 and CCR5 delta 32 mutation were detected by PCR and futher confirmed by DNA sequencing analyses.Results CCR5 delta 32 mutation did not occur in all the 152 samples.Conclusion Since CCR5 delta 32 mutation was not found,it can speculate that there may be a high genetic susceptibility for HIV-I in Guangxi Zhuang population of Guangxi region. |
