复方降脂宁调节脂质代谢作用研究

摘    要:目的:研究复方降脂宁对实验性高脂血症小鼠血脂和肝脏脂变的影响。方法:药物复方降脂宁主要由泽泻、姜黄、莱菔子组成。将48只小鼠随机分为正常组、模型对照组、阳性对照组、药物低剂量组、药物中剂量组和药物高剂量组。对各组小鼠进行造模和给药,7d后检测小鼠血清中总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)含量,并对肝脏进行病理学检测,观察脂变情况。结果:复方降脂宁能够降低实验性高脂血症小鼠血清TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C含量,其中高剂量组TG含量的降低具有显著性差异(P<0.05);能够减轻肝脏脂变的程度,减少脂变肝细胞数目,缩小肝脂变面积。结论:复方降脂宁能降低实验性高脂血症小鼠血清的脂质含量,并有效抑制其肝脏脂变,对脂质代谢紊乱有明显的调节作用。

Abstract:Aims: To investigate the effects of Compound Jiangzhining on serum lipids and hepatic steatosis in experimental hyperlipidemic mice. Methods:Compound Jiangzhining was consisted of Alismatis,Curcuma and Semen Raphani. 48 mice were randomly divided into normal group,the control group, the positive control group, low-close drug group, middle-dose drug group and highclose drug group. All the mice were established model and administrated. After 7 days, some index of blood samples from mice were tested, including TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C levels, and observed hepatic steaosis. Results: Compound Jiangzhining could reduce serum TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C of experimental hyperlipidemic mice, the TG significantly increased (P(0. 05). Compound Jiang- zhining also could improve hepatic steatosis existing, reduce the number and the area of fatty liver cells. Conclusion: Compound Jiangzhining Could reduce serum TC,TG, HDL-C, LDL-C, improve hepatic steatosis existing and regulate the disorder of lipid metabolism in experimental hyperlipidemia mice.
