复方降脂宁调节脂质代谢作用研究

目的:研究复方降脂宁对实验性高脂血症小鼠血脂和肝脏脂变的影响。方法:药物复方降脂宁主要由泽泻、姜黄、莱菔子组成。将48只小鼠随机分为正常组、模型对照组、阳性对照组、药物低剂量组、药物中剂量组和药物高剂量组。对各组小鼠进行造模和给药,7d后检测小鼠血清中总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)含量,并对肝脏进行病理学检测,观察脂变情况。结果:复方降脂宁能够降低实验性高脂血症小鼠血清TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C含量,其中高剂量组TG含量的降低具有显著性差异(P<0.05);能够减轻肝脏脂变的程度,减少脂变肝细胞数目,缩小肝脂变面积。结论:复方降脂宁能降低实验性高脂血症小鼠血清的脂质含量,并有效抑制其肝脏脂变,对脂质代谢紊乱有明显的调节作用。

Regulation of the Compound Jiangzhining on Lipid Metabolism

Aims： To investigate the effects of Compound Jiangzhining on serum lipids and hepatic steatosis in experimental hyperlipidemic mice. Methods：Compound Jiangzhining was consisted of Alismatis,Curcuma and Semen Raphani. 48 mice were randomly divided into normal group,the control group, the positive control group, low-close drug group, middle-dose drug group and highclose drug group. All the mice were established model and administrated. After 7 days, some index of blood samples from mice were tested, including TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C levels, and observed hepatic steaosis. Results： Compound Jiangzhining could reduce serum TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C of experimental hyperlipidemic mice, the TG significantly increased （P（0. 05）. Compound Jiang- zhining also could improve hepatic steatosis existing, reduce the number and the area of fatty liver cells. Conclusion： Compound Jiangzhining Could reduce serum TC,TG, HDL-C, LDL-C, improve hepatic steatosis existing and regulate the disorder of lipid metabolism in experimental hyperlipidemia mice.
